A deposit may be required to secure select services. Hair extension services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in a 100% service charge. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred following a late cancellation or no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Guests who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. Hair extensions are custom ordered specifically for each guest. For this reason, all hair extension purchases are final: Non-refundable Non-exchangeable Once hair has been ordered, the appointment cannot be cancelled or refunded. The 50% deposit covers the cost of hair ordering, customization, and preparation. Right to Refuse Service Salon Monteflora reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
